Description succincte: marché de services et de fournitures funéraires pour les obsèques des personnes dépourvues de ressources suffisantes ou sans famille connue et à l'organisation de la crémation de restes mortels exhumés. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande dénué tout minimum, mais assorti d'un montant maximum arrêté, pour toute la période contractuelle, comme suit: 600 000 EUR HT. À titre indicatif, le montant annuel constaté sur les deux dernières années était de 75 000 EUR en 2017 et 98 000 EUR en 2018.
