Ramavtalet avser snöskottning av yttertak och fasad samt röjning av nedhängande istappar liksom avspärrning vid risk för ras. Att under och utanför ordinarie arbetstid, genomföra tillsyn, bevaka och bedöma när skottning är påkallad.
