Description

Outsourcing of information systems and purchase of computer equipment for the public territorial establishment Grand Paris Seine Ouest. This contract is awarded in the form of a restricted tendering procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-2, R2161-6 to R2161-11 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is not awarded within the meaning of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11, R. 2113-2 and R. 2113-3 of the Public Procurement Code, because all the services constitute a homogeneous whole which must be performed by a single economic operator for their proper performance. However, the contract is divided into five different services: - Takeover of the existing infrastructure and management of the WAN and LAN networks, - Managed computer park, - Managed production servers, - Purchase of equipment, - Projects and other ad hoc services with purchase orders. The contract is a framework agreement with order forms on the basis of the unit prices and the fixed unit prices identified in the price schedule applied to the quantities actually executed in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum of EUR 5 000 000 excl. tax over its entire duration. The estimated annual amount of expenditure is EUR 830 000 excluding VAT, i.e. EUR 3 320 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract. The Framework Agreement shall take effect from the date of its notification. Operational operation will start on 1 August 2024 for a firm duration of 4 years.
