Description

The project includes the new construction of two ESTW – A, in Oberstdorf and Fischen. At both locations, the new ESTW technology will be installed in existing buildings. Oberstdorf station is the terminus (head station) of the single-track branch line, line 5402, Immenstadt-Oberstdorf in km 20.731. The current interlocking technology is SpDr L 60. During an interlocking inspection on 11.12.2023, a very poor condition of the wiring was found on a large scale, which requires an immediate interlocking replacement. The Bf Fischen is also located on the route 5402, at km 14,750. Here, too, an urgent need for renewal of the old interlocking technology (SpDr L 60) is necessary. Within the framework of the projects Neubau ESTW-A MOF and ESTW-A MFN, civil engineering, LST, telecommunications and 50 HZ works are implemented. The work also includes the resulting signal foundations and foundations for cable cabinets.
