Description

Das Hallenbad der Stadt Pfungstadt wurde 1978 als Wellen- und Freibad errichtet. Das Hallenbad entspricht jedoch in der Ausstattung und dem Badeangebot nicht mehr den aktuellen Anforderungen und wurde nach erfolgter Renovierung und Erweiterung um einen Familienbereich am 31.01.2014 aus brandschutztechnischen Gründen geschlossen. Die ab 2012 neu gebaute angeschlossene Sauna ist ebenfalls seit 2014 nicht mehr in Betrieb.
Eine Grundsanierung des bestehenden Hallenbades in Pfungstadt ist insbesondere auch aufgrund der gravierenden brandschutztechnischen Mängel, der in die Jahre gekommenen TGA sowie der Bausubstanz unwirtschaftlich.
Nach Abriss des Bestands soll das Hallenbad in Pfungstadt als Sport- und Familienbad als Ganzjahresbad nach einem vorliegenden Konzept des Dachverbandes Schwimmen Pfungstadt neu gebaut werden.
Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:
Objektplanung Freianlagen, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß §§ 38 ff. HOAI.
