It is necessary to choose an EOM/Space Planning for the refurbishment of a building in R + 5 (approx. 3 700 m²) for which the Min. de la justice is rented. This building must accommodate the offices of various departments of the ministry, community premises and the departments of Spip75 (penitentiary service d’insertion et de probation).
