Description

The DOAAT, EDF’s balance manager and optimism on the French perimeter, must ensure the supply/demand balance at all times, at the best cost, by securing and maximising the gross margin of the “production – marketing” whole. In order to meet its challenges, DOAAT relies on a complex information system with multiple dimensions: industrial, financial and scientific.
This concerns the establishment of framework contracts that will cover the development activities of existing applications and their maintenance/operation, as well as the implementation of new applications.
The perimeter of these contracts makes it possible to ensure end-to-end completion (from design to commissioning/transition to RUN/MCO).
