Le présent accord-cadre porte sur les conditions d'exécution des travaux de mise à niveau et de maintenance de la signalisation horizontale sur certaines sections de rase campagne des routes départementales du Morbihan. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant estimatif correspond au seuil maximum pour l'ensemble des lots et périodes
