Evenemangsområdet ska utvecklas för att kunna erbjuda göteborgarna motion, folkliv och upplevelser. Higabs del i projektet omfattar det så kallade Arenakvarteret, mellan Svenska Mässan och Valhallagatan, med bland annat en ny multiarena med tillhörande annex, logistiklösningar, publika stråk, torg och grönytor. Den här upphandlingen avser ett konsultstöd med fokus på riskhantering kopplat till uppdraget med att utveckla Göteborgs nya arenakvarter.
