Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from facilities administered by ‘Baza’ Sp. z o.o. in Włocławek, divided into two parts: 1) Part I - Collection and management of unsorted municipal waste from the Municipal Cemeteries in Pińczat and Włocławek at Al. Chopin, including: a) task no. 1 - Collection and management of unsorted municipal waste from the Municipal Cemetery in Pińczat, b) task no. 2 - Collection and management of unsorted municipal waste from the Municipal Cemetery in Włocławek at Al. Chopin. 2) Part II - Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Municipal Cemeteries in Pińczat and Włocławek at A. Chopina, Municipal Marketplaces at ul. Zw. Professional 7/9/11 and ul. Kaliska 20 and from the administrative building at ul. Birds 2a in Włocławek, including: a) Task 1 – Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Municipal Cemetery in Pińczat, b) Task 2 – Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Municipal Cemetery in Włocławek at Al. Chopin, (c) Task No 3 – Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Municipal Market at ul. Trade Unions 7/9/11 in Włocławek, (d) Task No 4 – Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Municipal Market at ul. Kaliska 20 in Włocławek, (e) Task No 5 – Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the administrative building at ul. Bird 2a in Włocławek. Each Contractor may submit an offer for any part of this order, i.e. for the second part. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for each part of the procedure is contained in Annex 1 to the tender specifications. The detailed obligations of the contractor with regard to the performance of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract for each part of the procedure – Annex 9 to the tender specifications.
