El Departamento de Bombers, Prevenció, Intervenció en Emergèncias i Protecció Civil cuenta con un total de 1.000 trajes de intervención compuestos por chaqueta, pantalón y arnés incorporado. Estos trajes son utilizados por los miembros del Departamento para un gran número de intervenciones, destacando la lucha contra el fuego e intervención tanto en la vía pública como en espacios confinados en caso de siniestro y otras situaciones de emergencias. Para estos trajes, clasificados como EPI de categoría III, se necesita disponer de un servicio de mantenimiento con capacidad de limpieza, inspección y reparación de dichos trajes.
