Description

Die Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin („Charité“), die Vivantes – Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH („Vivantes), die Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes GmbH (,,LB'') und die Labor Berlin – Charité Vivantes Services GmbH (,,LBS'') (die letzten zwei zusammen „Labor Berlin“) schreiben die Entsorgung von Abfällen einschließlich der damit verbundenen Entsorgungsdienstleistungen im Rahmen einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam aus. Im Rahmen des gesamten Vergabeverfahrens tritt die Charité mit entsprechender Befugnis für Vivantes und Labor Berlin nach außen auf. Auftraggeberinnen im Sinne des Vergaberechts sind allerdings alle vier Unternehmen. Jede Auftraggeberin wird eigenständiger Vertragspartner. Nähere Informationen können den auf der Vergabeplattform der Charité (https://vergabeplattform.charite.de) zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen entnommen werden.
