Description

The subject of this contract is the replacement of a destroyed communication object in Row Forestry with a culvert in the design and build formula. The subject of the contract comprises two main implementation stages: 1) STAGE 1 - Design and decision-making works consisting of: a) Phase A (Concept) - preparation of the initial Program and Spatial Concept together with obtaining written acceptance of the Ordering Party for the selected variant; b) Phase B (Design Documentation) - preparation of complete Design Documentation on the basis of PFU (including construction and executive design), preparation of frames and submission on behalf of the Ordering Party of complete and correct applications for issuing an environmental decision (if required), water law permit and building permit or notification of works; c) Phase C (Acquisition of formal and legal decisions): Proceedings before the competent public administration bodies and obtaining on behalf of the Employer all necessary, final and final decisions and permits (including water permit and construction permit / effective notification), enabling the legal commencement of works. 2) STAGE 2 (Construction works) consisting of: a) Phase A - execution of all Construction and Earthworks on the basis of the Design Documentation approved by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements of the PFU, Construction Law, Water Law, nature protection requirements and transfer of a complete, fully functional hydrotechnical facility to the Ordering Party. b) Phase B - transmission to the Ordering Party by the Contractor of the final and final decision on the permit to use / confirmation of the application (as appropriate) issued by the competent administrative authority.
