Groupement de commandes constitué entre Colmar Agglomération, la ville de Colmar et la commune d'Ingersheim. Colmar Agglomération agit en tant que coordonnateur du groupement de commandes. Le contrat est passé dans le cadre d'un groupement d'achat. Le coordonnateur se charge de la passation et de l'attribution du contrat. Chaque adhérent, membre du groupement, s'assure de la bonne exécution pour la partie qui le concerne. La consultation n'est pas allotie, la nature des prestations ne permet pas de distinguer plusieurs prestations. Elle donnera lieu à un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum annuel et avec maximum annuel de 500 000 euro(s) HT en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Les montants sont identiques pour chaque période de reconduction éventuelle
