Description

Der Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) stattet für die Umsetzung des Konzeptes zum Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft alle Beschäftigten mit neuen Endgeräten aus. Der Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft sieht vor, dass alle Beschäftigten ortunabhängig arbeitsfähig sind, so dass ausschließlich mobile Endgeräte eingesetzt werden. Büro- und Heimarbeitsplatz sollen identisch ausgestattet werden. Für die perspektivische Einführung eines Desk-Sharing Ansatzes soll die Arbeitsplatzausstattung möglichst einfach anschließbar sein. Idealerweise soll der Arbeitsplatz mit dem Anschluss eines Kabels nutzbar sein. Hierzu wird in den Anforderungen eine integrierte Docking-Lösung vorgegeben. Die Umsetzung des Konzeptes soll innerhalb von drei Jahren flächendeckend erfolgen, so dass die Lieferung der angebotenen Hardware sukzessive nach Bestellung durch den Auftraggeber erfolgt. Einzelheiten hierzu sind in den Vertragsbedingungen aufgeführt.
