Description

Full project management task relating to the creation of a VNF pole on a plot located in the immediate west of the Gambsheim locks (67).
The operation consists mainly of:
— the construction of a building comprising the Rhinan and Nautic Information Centre in Gambsheim (Caring) and the premises of the Rhine territorial unit of VNF in Gambsheim,
— the creation for the public of a belveder to observe the site and in particular the locks, located in the VNF building,
— landscaping of the surroundings of this building, including car parks and interpretation routes for the public,
— the refurbishment of the current Caring for the reception of lock maintenance teams.
Estimated financial allocation for works: EUR 1 800 000 excluding value June 2015.
The whole represents a floor area to be built in the order of 570 m² on a land footprint of the order of 9 500 m².
