Description

The municipalities of Charenton-le-Pont and Saint Mauritius have decided to set up a group of orders under Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code in order to:
— to jointly organise the award of a public contract for glazing, mirror and aluminium joinery works for buildings located in the territory of the two cities;
— to entrust the performance of the contract to a common provider.
The municipality of Saint Mauritius is designated as the coordinator of the group of orders, responsible for organising the adapted procedure, signing and notifying the contract. Its tasks shall cease after the contract has been notified.
The annual amounts of the contract with order forms for the performance of the services for all the members of the group are:
For one year:
Municipality of Charenton-le-Pont: Minimum EUR 15 000 excl./Maximum EUR 300 000 excl. tax;
Municipality of Saint Mauritius: Minimum EUR 10 000 excl. tax/Maximum EUR 150 000 excl. tax.
Over the entire 4-year period:
Municipality of Charenton-le-Pont: Minimum EUR 60 000 excl./Maximum EUR 1 200 000 excl. tax;
Municipality of Saint Mauritius: Minimum EUR 40 000 excl. tax/Maximum EUR 600 000 excl. tax.
The period of validity of the contract is the period within which the order forms may be issued.
The duration of the contract shall be one year from the date of notification of the contract.
The contract may be renewed tacitly three times, but its maximum duration may not exceed four (4) years.
