Description

The mission entrusted to the project manager is to design a work project to schedule over time the separative sewerage networks (including connections) of the Charmes watershed and various related works on the territory of the Municipality of Villette d'Anthon, in compliance with the deadlines set by the Prefect of Isère. The estimated duration of the services is approximately 54 months, from the date of notification until 31/12/2029 at the latest. The duration of the contract runs from its date of notification until the end of the guarantee of complete completion of the work. The supervisor must make every effort to comply with the deadline for the prefectural notice and allow the disconnection of storm weirs no later than 31 December 2029, in order to allow the residents concerned to connect within a period of two years, that is until 31 December 2031, the deadline set by the prefectural notice. The work must therefore be completed sufficiently in advance so that this deadline can be met. The tasks entrusted to the project manager are the PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR missions. An AVP-PROJECT stadium study was already carried out in 2021 on behalf of the municipality of Villette d'Anthon on the Charmes watershed. The project manager will therefore have to appropriate the results of this study as well as the inter-municipal sanitation master plan for the realization of its missions.
