Description

By letter of 23 September 2024, No 2024-069, from the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion and in accordance with the decision of the ADEME Board of Directors of 16 October 2024, ADEME is responsible for: • excavation, evacuation and provision and installation of replacement land on individual parcels under a planning authorisation, located within the perimeter defined by the PIG relating to the former Metaleurop Nord industrial site and this for land polluted above 500 ppm lead and/or 10 ppm cadmium. • samples and analyses of bare soils not covered by five collective public spaces in the commune of Evin Malmaison, with lead levels higher than the management value for health purposes defined by the High Council of Public Health in its opinion of June 2014 and located within the perimeter of the PIG.
