Project description: The city of Weiterstadt intends to develop the new development area 'Apfelbaumgarten II' in the district of Braunshardt in several construction phases (planned up to 4). The total area of the building area is about 27 ha, optionally plus about 6 ha for a tangent bypass. There is already a master plan from 2019 (see annex). The city of Weiterstadt has commissioned Terramag GmbH from Hanau with the development of the residential development area "Apfelbaumgarten II" by means of a support contract as project promoter. --- Scope of services: The subject of this award are services for planning (channel) in accordance with § 43 (LPH 1-9, LPH 4 as required) and transport facilities in accordance with § 47 (LPH 1-9, LPH 4 as required) plus the special services in accordance with Annex 12 (on § 43(4), § 48(5)), as well as other special services, which can be found in the annex to this notice. The water supply is provided by the entega. The co-ordinative effort for the integration of the planning (the same applies to the other suppliers) must be taken into account. OPTIONAL: For development, the construction of a new bypass road north of the construction area between the L3094 and the L3113 is also necessary. Whether this is produced as a municipal road as part of the development of the building area or separately as a state road of Hessen Mobil, is still in consultation. This area of about 6 ha (1.54 ha at the edge of the building area and depending on the path width about 3.2 - 4.8 ha to the L3113) is initially also the subject of this call for tenders as an option.
