Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen sowie nutzungsspezifischen Anlagen. Abwasseranlagen: getrennte Führung von Regenwasser, Schmutzwasser, Laborabwasser und dezentral gesammeltem radioaktivem Abwasser. Notentwässerung Dachgarten über innenliegende Leitungssysteme. Wasseranlagen: Trinkwasserversorgung als Hygienenetz mit automatischen Spüleinrichtungen, Betriebswasserversorgung für Labore mit Sicherheitstrennstation. Zentrale Enthärtungsanlage für das gesamte Gebäude. Warmwasserbereitung über elektrische Durchlauferhitzer. Regenwassernutzung: Tröpfchenbewässerung aus Regenwasserzisterne mit Steuerung. Medienversorgungsanlagen: Vollentsalztes Wasser durch Umkehrosmoseanlage, Verteilung als Ringleitung für Labore und Befeuchtung. Feuerlöschanlagen: Trockene Steigleitungen mit Feuerwehreinspeisung und Entnahmearmaturen je Treppenraum. Halbstationäre Löschanlage mit offenen Löschdüsen für definierte Raumgruppen, Einspeisung über Schlauchanschluss.
