4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Nowosolna od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, od właścicieli nieruchomości na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy a powstają odpady komunalne oraz od właścicieli nieruchomości na których znajdują się domki letniskowe lub inne nieruchomości wykorzystywane na cele rekreacyjno – wypoczynkowe wykorzystywane jedynie przez część roku, w okresie od 01.01.2023 r. do 31.12.2023 r.
4.2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zamieszczony jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
