Description

1. The subject of the contract is Nail stylisation workshops – 4 hours a month for a group of 6 people.
2. Deadline for implementation: October 2013 – December 2013
3. The hourly duration of the workshop shall be 12 clock hours.
5. Workshops must take place outside class hours.
6. The role of the operator of nail stylisation workshops will be to prepare, draw up a programme for its own implementation, run workshops for 4 hours per month and document the activities carried out with lists of participants.
7. Workshop venue – SOSW 2 ul. Lasocki 14
8. The Contractor will ensure appropriate health and safety conditions during the workshops.
9. The contractor will keep records of the course of the workshops:
— the Official Journal containing the attendance list, the duration of the hours and the subjects of the activities,
— daily attendance list
— register of certificates of completion of workshops issued.
10.The contractor will draw up a timetable for the implementation of the workshop.
11The Contractor will exercise substantive supervision and control over the course of the workshops.
12. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contracting Party assigns another person to workshops in the event of resignation or removal from the list of participants in the workshop.
