Description

This public procurement is a ‘service’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The subject matter of the public procurement is the conclusion of an ‘aviation insurance’ contract for 2 (two) aircraft – helicopters A 109S Trekker. The helicopters are owned by the Bulgarian State, represented by the Minister of Health, and are provided for the temporary and free use of Bulgaria Heli Med Service EAD, without crew, on a dry lease, for the provision of a service of general economic interest – flights for the provision of air transport by helicopters for the purposes of emergency medical care organised by the State. A detailed description of the aircraft is contained in the Technical Specification. It is envisaged to insure 2 /two/ aircraft for the following risks: Casco all risks – loss or damage to aircraft; Liability to third parties and to passengers arising from the use of the helicopter.
