Description

The City of Lohja will tender the LVI planning of the city’s maintenance works and small investment projects for the LVI planning required for the period 2024-2026 for unidentified building projects. It is possible to extend the contract for one year of option (2027).
A framework contract will be concluded with three (3) operators following a call for tenders. For contracts to be identified at a later stage, the most economically advantageous contractor will be selected from among the contractors, taking into account the characteristics of the project and the specific knowledge and experience of the contractor. The contractor may also tender designers on a project-by-project basis from among the framework partners.
This procurement does not apply to major renovation or new building projects carried out on a project-by-project basis, for which designers are always selected on the basis of separate competitive tendering.
