Description

The Convention shall take effect on 1 January 2026 and shall end on 31 December 2026. Candidates may not avail themselves of their participation in the Seniors en Vacances program, nor accept bookings of stays, before notification of this agreement and no stay under the Seniors en Vacances program may begin after expiry of the agreement. This agreement may be renewed once, for the calendar year 2027. The agreement is thus concluded for a maximum period of 2 years (24 months), ending on 31 December 2027. The renewal will be tacit. If the ANCV does not wish to renew the agreement, it must take an express non-renewal decision to be notified to tourism professionals no later than 90 calendar days before the expiry date of the initial agreement or a subsequent renewal. If necessary, the ANCV may select new equipment for the programme for the year 2027, in the same way as this consultation.
