EU No L 111, 8.4.2022, p.1), hereinafter: Regulation 2022/576 3.Contractors may apply for the award of a contract if they fulfil the conditions relating to:the economic or financial situation: a) The Contracting Authority will consider that the Contractor is in an economic or financial situation ensuring proper performance of the contract if the Contractor demonstrates that he has funds or creditworthiness of not less than PLN 25,000,000 (twenty-five million zlotys); In the event of submitting a joint tender, the above-mentioned condition may be met jointly by the Contractors, with the proviso that at least one of the Contractors jointly applying for the contract should have financial resources or creditworthiness in the amount of not less than PLN 15,000,000 (PLN 15 million). a)Wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że dysponuje/będzie dysponował co najmniej 1 osobą, która będzie uczestniczyć w wykonaniu zamówienia na stanowisku architekta prowadzącego, posiadającą ważne uprawnienia do projektowania w specjalności architektonicznej bez ograniczeń, która wykonała w ostatnich 4 latach co najmniej 2 dokumentacje projektowe stadionu lekkoatletycznego uzgodnionego i zatwierdzonego przez PZLA.b)Wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że dysponuje/będzie dysponował co najmniej 1 osobą, która będzie uczestniczyć w wykonaniu zamówienia na stanowisku kierownika budowy, posiadającą ważne uprawnienia budowlane bez ograniczeń do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w specjalności konstrukcyjno-budowlanej, która posiada minimum 8 lat doświadczenia w pełnieniu samodzielnych funkcji technicznych w budownictwie oraz pełniła funkcję kierownika budowy przy przynajmniej 2 budowach stadionu lekkoatletycznego, piłkarskiego lub lekkoatletyczno- piłkarskiego o wartości min. 10 000 000,00 zł każda. c)Wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że dysponuje/będzie dysponował co najmniej 1 osobą, która będzie uczestniczyć w wykonaniu zamówienia na stanowisku kierownika robót, posiadającą ważne uprawnienia budowlane bez ograniczeń do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w specjalności instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji i urządzeń cieplnych, wentylacyjnych, gazowych, wodociągowych i kanalizacyjnych, która posiada minimum 6 lat doświadczenia w pełnieniu samodzielnych funkcji technicznych w budownictwie oraz pełniła funkcję kierownika budowy przy przynajmniej 2 budowach obiektów użyteczności publicznej o powierzchni użytkowej min. 1000 m2 każdy. d)Wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że dysponuje/będzie dysponował co najmniej 1 osobą, która będzie uczestniczyć w wykonaniu zamówienia na stanowisku kierownika robót, posiadającą ważne uprawnienia budowlane bez ograniczeń do kierowania robotami budowlanymi w specjalności instalacyjnej w zakresie sieci, instalacji urządzeń elektrycznych i elektroenergetycznych, która posiada minimum 6 lat doświadczenia w pełnieniu samodzielnych funkcji technicznych w budownictwie oraz pełniła funkcję kierownika budowy przy przynajmniej 2 budowach stadion stadionu lekkoatletycznego, piłkarskiego lub lekkoatletyczno- piłkarskiego. IV, with a value of at least PLN 15,000,000.00 gross.f)The Contractor will meet the condition if he demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period, he has duly completed at least 1 construction work consisting in the construction/reconstruction or modernisation of a sports stadium meeting the requirements necessary to play at least in the IV league in accordance with the requirements set by the Polish Football Association (PZPN), , with a value of at least PLN 15,000,000.00 gross.g)The Contractor will meet the condition if he demonstrates that during the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting tenders, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period, he has duly completed at least 2 construction works consisting in the construction/reconstruction or modernisation of a public utility building with a value of at least PLN 25,000,000.00 gross each.It is permissible to meet each of the conditions described in points e) - g) separately (experience of one point).
