Die Feuer- und Rettungswache 1 der Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock wird saniert und erweitert. Das Projekt ist in 4 Bauabschnitte eingeteilt. In den jetzt ausgeschriebenen und auszuführenden Bauabschnitten BA 0 + BA 1 werden die vorbereitenden Maßnahmen (Herrichten, Gebäudeabbruch, Medienversorgung) und der Neubau des Leitstellengebäudes mit Katastrophenschutzlager und Werkstätten umgesetzt.
