Description

The subject of the public procurement is the replacement of the existing diesel generators in order to provide reliable back-up power supply to the building of the Central heating system / Central heating system West and includes: preparation of developed electrical circuits and delivery and installation of diesel generators - 2 pcs., delivery of AVR with locks - 2 pcs., delivery of connecting cables and execution of dismantling and assembly activities and training of employees of the contracting authority, in accordance with the technical specifications, to the documentation for participation. The deadline for full performance of the contract is not more than 210 calendar days from the date of obtaining permission to work in the strategic sites to the date of the handover protocol for successfully conducted 72-hour tests, including: - deadline for drawing up unfolded electrical circuits: no more than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of permission to work in the strategic areas of the strategic sites until the date of the handover protocol for the transmission of the unfolded electrical circuits by the contractor to the contracting authority. - period for execution of all deliveries and assembly activities: not more than 180 calendar days from the date of approval of the electrical circuits deployed until the date of the handover protocol for successfully conducted 72-hour tests and commissioning. The place of performance is the building of TDU Zapad of ESO EAD in Sofia, 8 Veslets Str. Obligatory condition for performance of the works, subject of the contract, is obtaining permission of the persons to work in strategic areas of strategic sites and activities, which are of importance for the National Security of the Republic of Bulgaria, according to Decree No 3/10.01.2013 of the Council of Ministers /for amendment of post. No 181/20.07.2009 of the Council of Ministers, Article 4(4) of the ZDANS, in conjunction with Article 40(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the ZDANS. Acquaintance on site with the object of this contract is mandatory.
