Description

These are new work clothes, namely: rainjackets and trousers, for painters, kitchen, parkas, windcheaters, padded waistcoats, polishes, pockets, polar jackets, working jackets, painters’ jackets, kitchenware, overalls, overalls, aprons, covers footwear, caps, charlottes, tows, to be delivered in their original packaging.
The contract shall be concluded for a period of one (1) year from the date of its notification to the Contractor. Unless terminated, the contract shall be renewable up to three (3) times by an express decision taken by the representative of the contracting authority at least one (1) month before the anniversary of the date on which the contract was notified. The duration of the contract may not exceed four (4) years.
This is a contract with order forms pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be executed as the order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition.
This is a contract with order forms with the following annual thresholds:
— minimum annual amount: EUR 60 000 (INCLUDING TAXES),
