In order to find a solution for these cramped premises within the castle, the municipality of Lisberg is planning the renovation and conversion of the former brewery as a medical centre with public use on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors as part of the urban redevelopment of the district of Trabelsdorf in the immediate vicinity of the castle. Folgende Nutzungen sind im ehemaligen Brauhaus geplant:• Arztpraxis / medizinisches Versorgungszentrum (MVZ)• Café für Bürger*innen / Eisdiele• Flexible Anzahl an zusätzlichen Wohneinheiten, mind. eine WE mit ca. 150 m2, teilbar //Es werden die Bestandswände im UG unterfangen, neue Deckenebenen als Stahlbetonkonstruktionen eingezogen, Mauerdurchbruchs- und Sturzüberdeckungen inkl. Stahlbau oder Fertigteilstürzen, Baugruben- und Verbauarbeiten, Abdichtungsarbeiten inkl. Trocknung- und Fugensanierungen MW, sowie Abbrucharbeiten und damit verbundene Zimmerer-Holzbauarbeiten zur Abfangung des Dachstuhls.Davon ca. 72 m2 Trägerbohlwand-Verbau, ca. 90 m Unterfangung von Tragwänden im UG, ca. 400 m3 Baugrubenaushub am Bestandskeller, ca. 195 m2 Bituminöse Abdichtung UG-Aussenwand, Ausmauern von Bestandsöffnungen, ca. 55 m2 Mauerwerkswand KS, Sanierung von Bestandsstahlbau-Stürzen mit Austausch der Stahlträger bei ca. 5 Überdeckungen, neue Sturzüberdeckungen und Wanddurchbrüche von ca. drei großformatigen Durchbrüchen in Bestandstragwänden, sowie ca. 20 Überdeckungen mit Betonfertigteilstürzen innerhalb des Gebäudes, ca. 250 m2 Stb-Bodenplatte, Bauzustandsarbeiten Abfangung Dachstuhl zur Einbringung von neuen Deckenebenen, ca. 650 m2 neue Stb-Decken mit Auflagerungen in Bestandsmauerwerk und Schalungsstellungen innerhalb des Gebäudes, neue Ortbetonpodeste und Treppenanlagen, neuer Aufzugssschacht als Stb-Konstruktion über 5 Geschosse, Abbruch der Bestandskappendecken, sowie Holzbalkendecken inkl. Entsorgung der Abbruchbauteile, Grundleitungsarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich, Erdungsanlage und Betoneinlegearbeiten Elektro.
