Acord cadru de furnizare materiale consumabile pentru hemodializa si dializa peritoneala
Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in baza acordurilor cadru de furnizare in functie de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie, cel mai mare contract subsecvent, pentru fiecare lot, estimand ca va fi lunar sau sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibilul bugetar, cu incadrarea in valoarea maxima estimata a produselor ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate.
Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru lotul 1 este de 163.233,00 lei;
Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent pentru lotul 2 este de 51.900,00 lei;
Cantitatile necesare minime si maxime sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini.
