Description

1. The Contractor shall grant the Ordering Party a loan in Polish currency in the amount of PLN 9 996 436.93 (in words: nine million nine hundred and ninety-six thousand four hundred and thirty-six zlotys (PLN 93/100) under the terms of the loan agreement. 2. The Contracting Authority will allocate the funds from the loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Kłodzko in 2025 and repay the liabilities resulting from the loans taken out in accordance with Art. 1 points 2 and 3 of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1530 as amended). 3. The loan will be granted for a period of 120 months. 4. The final date for the use of the loan is 31.12.2025.
