Description

The contract consists of 6 lots:
Part 1 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls, calibrators, consumables) for the quantification of: Hepatitis C virus RNA (HCV RNA), hepatitis B (HBV DNA) and RNA of the human immunodeficiency virus HIV-1 (HIV-1 RNA), leasing an automatic extractor of nucleic acids from human material, leasing an analyser to carry out an automated amplification/detection response using Real-time PCR technology, leasing a low-temperature freezer for long-term storage of samples tested for the above-mentioned determinations, and training staff in carrying out the determination, analysing the results and operating the equipment offered.
Part 2 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls and consumables) to perform in vitro assays to detect genes for Clostridium difficile toxins, leasing an automated amplification/sensing analyser with Real-time PCR technology, and training staff in performing the assay, analysis of results and operating the analyser.
Part 3 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls, calibrators, consumables) for the quantification of: Hepatitis C virus RNA (HCV RNA), hepatitis B (HBV DNA) and RNA of the human immunodeficiency virus HIV-1 (HIV-1 RNA), lease an analyser to perform an automated amplification/sensing response with Real-time PCR technology, supply of reagents and consumables (consumables) and leasing the equipment needed to perform manual isolation of nucleic acids (DNA/RNA), and training staff in performing markings, analysing the results and operating the equipment offered.
Part 4 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls, consumables) and leasing of equipment needed to detect hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotypes/subtypes.
Part 5 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls, consumables) and leasing of the equipment needed to determine the mutations that make the hepatitis B virus (HBV) drug resistant to lamivudin, adefovir, entekawir, emtricitabin.
Part 6 – Supply of reagents and consumables (controls, calibrators, consumables) for the qualitative RNA determination of hepatitis C virus (HCV RNA), supply of reagents and consumables (consumables) for manual isolation of nucleic acids, leasing an analyser to perform an automated amplification and detection response, and training staff in the execution of markings, analysis of results and operation of the equipment offered.
