Description

Kotkan Asunnot Oy requests an offer for the provision of property management and cleaning services in the residential homes it owns in the city of Kotka. Kotkan Asunnot Oy owns over 130 residential buildings with a total of approximately 2650 dwellings.
In this competition, the property is divided into three (3) sub-divisions:
— Zone 1: Kotkan Island and neighbouring islands (about 35 houses and 819 dwellings)
— Zone 2: West eagle (about 48 houses and 833 dwellings)
— Division 3: Eastern eagle (approximately 49 houses and 954 dwellings).
Tenders may be submitted in the fields 1 to 3. A maximum of two (2) areas can be selected. A fixed monthly price, including cleaning, building management and the requested unit prices and imputed working hours, must be indicated in the tender for all the areas in question.
Access to the sites is a condition for the submission of a tender. For more information, see the section Description of the procurement.
