Description

The subject-matter of the contract is medical services which must be provided in accordance with the following regulations:
(1) the Regulation of the Minister for Health and Welfare of 6 May 1983 on the conditions and method for testing the alcoholic strength of the body (Journal U. 83.25.117);
(2) the Regulation of the Minister for Health of 11 June 2003 on the list of alcohol-like agents and the conditions and method of testing for their presence in the body (Journal U. 04.52.524);
(3) the Regulation of the Minister for Justice of 23 February 2005 on the testing or performance of activities involving the accused person and the suspect (Journal of Laws U. 05.33.299);
(4) Regulation of the Minister for Justice of 2 October 2012 on administrative activities connected with the execution of pre-trial detention and on penalties and coercive measures resulting in deprivation of liberty and documentation thereof (Journal Journal of Laws 2012, item 1153);
(5) Regulation of the Minister for the Interior of 13 September 2012 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal Journal of Laws 2012, item 1102);
(6) Regulation of the Minister for Health of 4 February 2004 on the procedure for the introduction, reception and dismissal of persons in a state of intoxication and the organisation of chambers of eviction and establishments established or designated by a local government unit (Journal of Laws (Journal of Laws 04.20.192, as amended);
(7) Act of 26 October 1982 on education in sowing and combating alcoholism (Journal U. 07.70.473 as amended);
(8) Order No 360 of the Commander-in-Chief of the Police of 26 March 2009 on the methods and forms of convoy and delivery by police officers.
