Description

This consultation concerns maintenance services for the green and landscaped areas of the city of Saint-André-les-Vergers. In accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-10, this consultation is combined as follows: - Lot 1 - Maintenance of natural sports grounds; - Lot 2 - Maintenance of synthetic sports fields; - Lot 3 - Tree maintenance: Short sizes; - Lot 4 - Tree maintenance: Sanitary sizes; - Lot 5 - Size of hedges; - Lot 6 - Maintenance of communal green areas: subdivision Echenilly 4; - Lot 7 - Maintenance of communal green areas: Avenue d’Echenilly and Marivas sector; - Lot 8 - Maintenance of communal green areas: industrial areas; - Lot 9 - Maintenance of communal green areas: Auxerre road and Wilson avenue; - Lot 10 - Maintenance of green areas: one-off intervention; - Lot 11 - Weeding of the main aisles of the cemetery; - Lot 12 - Maintenance of wooded areas. As regards lots 3 and 4, they have been the subject of a separate procedure pursuant to Article R2122-8 of the Code de la Commande Publique and are not concerned by this consultation. For Lot 5, it will be subject to further consultation. As regards lots 6 and 7, they are lots reserved for integration structures through economic activity, in accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-13 of the Code de la Commande Publique. Each lot constitutes a single-awarded framework agreement with order forms processed at unit prices. The holder will be consulted whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code, subject to the provisions below. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the services of this framework agreement are concluded with the minimum and maximum amounts set out in Article 1.4 of the consultation regulation.
