Description

On the basis of available information and individual targeted surveys, the service provider analyses both the strengths and weaknesses relevant to communication, the business culture and the public reputation of Frankfurt university medicine. On this basis, the service provider, in close consultation with the client, draws up a communication culture guide and concrete measures for its establishment and application. The staff of Frankfurt University Medicine are to be involved in this process. For external representation, the service provider shall define brand positioning in close consultation with the client. This will also be done through the development of concrete measures to establish a comprehensive roadmap, together with the steps towards business culture. This roadmap will be implemented during the implementation phase.
