The subject of this contract is the repair of Geesink and Provence Bennes household refuse collection vehicles and the repair of agricultural machinery and public works in the Marseille Provence Métropole Urban Community.
It is a contract with order forms within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator and performed as and when order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition, must be regarded as a framework agreement within the meaning of Directive 2004/18 of 31.3.2004.
