Description

The contract will be divided into 3 lots: • Lot 1: SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration to Cloud environment • Lot 2: Framework contract for support on the water-link SAP landscape with a duration of 5 years on the new and existing SAP systems in the broadest possible sense. • Lot 3: Evolutionary adjustments to the various SAP or SAP-related modules Currently, water-link uses SAP ERP6, on-prem. In the short term, we wish to carry out a technical brownfield migration to S/4HANA in a cloud environment including all existing custom-developed functionalities. The current SAP ERP6 environment is integrated with the IT landscape consisting of SAP and non-SAP solutions, such as SAP CRM, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW, SAP IDM, SAP WorkManager Cloud, SuccessFactors, OpenText Exstream, GIS, etc. The new S/4HANA cloud environment should seamlessly take over all existing integrations. Our challenges in the context of the S/4HANA brownfield migration include: • Change Management • Training for Business and IT Application Team • Lead Time • Project Management • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
