MAINTENANCE SERVICES GUARANTEING THE AVAILABILITY OF WOODEN TURBINES VESTAS MODEL V112 3MW MK1A, SCADA, PPC AND AEOS SYSTEMS IN CEE CRUCEA NORD mainly involve the realization of: Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance, pale maintenance. The performance of maintenance services presupposes the achievement of the expected results in a satisfactory manner for the Contracting Entity. Requests for clarifications on the Award Documentation from interested economic operators, and implicitly the related replies from the Contracting Entity, will be sent exclusively through SEAP, in accordance with Article 172, paragraph 3 of Law 99/2016. Note: In accordance with the provisions of Article 172(2) of Law No 99/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the Contracting Entity shall set a deadline within which it will respond (CONSOLIDATED) in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1.LIMITED TIME FOR CLARIFICATION REQUESTS: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; 2.LIMITED TIMELINE FOR CONSOLIDATED REPLY: The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; The deadline for replying to the clarifications has been set so that the economic operators have an adequate period for analysing the tender documentation and, subsequently, for drawing up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Entity. NOTE: Economic operators interested in this procedure can request clarifications on the tender documentation including SPECIFICATIONS by the deadline specified above at the latest. The contracting entity reserves the right not to respond to clarifications regarding the award documentation, sent after the date specified above, regardless of the subject of these clarifications.
