WDODelta wishes to contract a transporter/service provider for the coming, maximum 6 years, who takes care of the (flexible) transport of the liquid sewage sludge. Good logistics with regard to the liquid sludge is on the one hand essential for proper treatment of the waste water, the sludge fermentation process and on the other hand decisive for proper and timely sludge dewatering. The liquid sludge produced at the WWTPs is dewatered at 3 central sludge dewatering plants. The client makes the weekly schedule for the delivery and delivery. This call for tenders does not cover: • The transport of liquid sludge/waste water in case of calamities; • The transport of dewatered sludge.
