Description

The object of the framework agreement is the purchase of toiletries and their delivery in the representative offices of the Romanian Auto Registry - R.A., purchase which is made from own funds. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation (Article 160(1) of Law 98/2016 and Article 103(1) of Government Decision No 395 as amended), subject to a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. - The contracting authority will respond in a consolidated, clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders (Articles 160(2) and 161(1) of Law 98/2016 and Articles 27(2) to (4) and 103(2) of Government Decision No 395/2016). - The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/additional information received within 17 days prior to the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the request being considered to have been submitted late.
