Zamówienie obejmuje wykonywanie publicznego transportu zbiorowego (autobusowego) na liniach komunikacyjnych przebiegających na terenie gm. Tarczyn, których organizatorem jest Gmina Tarczyn. Przewidywana szacunkowa liczba wzkm wynosi nie powinna przekroczyć 300 000 wzkm. Organizator zamierza skorzystać z możliwości bezpośredniego zawarcia umowy w trybie art. 22 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 10.12.2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym na okres I-XII 2026 r.
