Description

Journey-related transport of current 241 persons with disabilities to and from the Tilbecker workshops in Havixbeck.
The Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe carries out an open procedure in the name and on behalf of Stift Tilbeck GmbH as the owner of the Tilbecker Workshop. The invitation to tender is for the daily transport of approximately 241 people with disabilities to and from the Tilbecker workshop facilities.
The contract for the Tilbecker workshops is divided into five regions (regional lots).
Bright-way workshops:
Lot 1 Region: Billerbeck;
Lot 2 Region: Emergency trays;
Lot 3 Region: Sending double sleeves;
Lot 4 Region: Münster (Roxel, Gievenbeck);
Lot 5 Region: Havixbeck.
The assignment includes the transport of the employees named in the relevant regional lot, the transport service organisation and complaint management.
The following documents must be submitted as a tender:
— Form Annex B.1 (for cover letter from the tenderer);
— Annex B.2 self-declaration form § 16(5) TVgG – NRW;
— Annex B.3 self-declaration form § 19(3) MiLoG;
— Annex C form (financial offer(s) for all lots proposed);
— Form Annex D (supplementary information provided by the tenderer/quality concept/ancillary offers);
— Form Annexes E.1-E.3 Declarations and contractual conditions in accordance with the NRW TVgG.
