1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of various drugs according to 56 packages to the seat of the Ordering Party (Cracow, pers. Golden Autumn 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to the nin. Specifications. 2. Validity/guarantee period of the subject of the contract: shall not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery and, for enteral and oral products, less than 12 months but not less than 6 months. 3. In drug and chemotherapy programs, only drugs included on the NFZ reimbursement lists are allowed (the price of the drug may not exceed the funding limit set by the NFZ). 4. The Ordering Party, including in the Specification the form of the drug, e.g. ‘table’ means all kinds of tablets, ‘capsule’ means all kinds of capsules, etc. In other cases, the exact form of the drug is determined, i.e. ‘Gastrointestinal tablet’ means that only the gastrointestinal tablet is allowed. 5. The medicinal product which is the subject of the contract should be understood as medicinal products within the meaning of the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 (Journal of Laws No. U. of 2024, item 686, as amended).The offered medicinal product must be authorised on the terms specified in Article 3 or 4 paragraph. 1 and 2 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law Act. 6. The Contracting Authority, in the implementation of this contract in the part concerning the transport of the medicinal product to the seat of the Contracting Authority, allows the participation of subcontractors with rights. 7.
