At the Neckarpark traffic station, water ingress in the underpass and moisture on the roof membrane were detected in several places at the beginning of 2023. A repair/sealing of the underpass is therefore urgently necessary. As part of the project, the passenger underpass is to be renovated and the component approach for a roof renovation on track 1/2 is to be carried out. At Aalen Hbf station, the track superstructures of the platform underpass have reached the end of their service life due to their design/condition category.
