Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of aviation fuel broken down by tasks:
Activity I – AvGas 100LL (without excise duty);
Activity II – JET A1 air fuel (without excise duty).
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the ‘Tender form’ – Annexes 1.1 and 1.2 to the ToR.
The contractor must perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annexes 3.1 and 3.2 to the ToR.
The Contractor will bear all costs relating to the preparation and submission of the tender.
Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 09131100-7 – Petroleum aviation fuels.
The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders for Actions 1 and 2.
The contracting authority shall not provide for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 67. 1 point 6/7.
The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted.
