Description

De aanbestedende overheid koopt en verkoopt boter in het kader van de openbare interventie in uitvoering van verordeningen (EU) nr.1308/20131, (EU) nr.1370/20132, (EU) 2016/12383 en (EU) 2016/12404.
Deze overheidsopdracht heeft als doel de aanwijzing van één inschrijver met één of meer vrieshuizen in Vlaanderen, die voldoen aan de in dit bestek opgesomde technische voorschriften, om de door de aanbestedende overheid aangekochte goederen op te slaan en dit tot de Europese Commissie beslist de opgeslagen boter terug op de markt te brengen.
