Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of accessories and laboratory materials for the needs of the units of the Pomeranian Medical University, divided into 14 parts 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the price form for each of the 14 lots, which is attached to the FTZ. Price forms templates, for each part separately, are prepared as one attachment in the excel file. When submitting an offer, you should fill in the Price Form, corresponding to the part for which the offer is submitted (other - unnecessary - price forms can be removed or left blank). It is recommended that the Contractor joins the offer Price form, corresponding to the part for which he submits the offer, in addition to the non-editable format, also the editable format (.xls). 3. Detailed information on the execution of the order is included in the FTZ and the model contract.
